How do I sign up?

Choose from the list below for a customized application. You MUST have the free Adobe Reader 7.0 to view the application. Fill out the first part of the application then print application to complete application by hand. Be sure to enclose a check for your annual partnership dues.

How much are the dues?

Partner dues are determined by the type and size of your business. Your customized application will calculate this for you.

When?

You may join at any time. However, to be included in the annual Visitor Guide publication, you must be a partner before June 15, 2008 for the 2009 publication.

When do I renew?

Partner renewal invoices and annual information surveys are sent in February of each year. Failure to renew your membership within 60 days of receiving your invoice will cause your partnership to expire.

When does my partnership begin?

After your application and check are processed in our office, we will mail/email you a letter welcoming you to the Bureau. This letter contains your login name and password allowing you to access our "partner only" section on this website. The partner pages provide you with our convention calendar and local updates on the visitor and convention industry. This letter also signals that your website link and listing are active on our website.
